How to organize individual neural network for each input data from cell array ?

I want to organize shallow neural network from cell array of 5 input data sets (i=5) name "input{i}" and 5 target data sets name "target{i}" automatically: No need to organize one by one network. After that, I try to use network{i} to predict result of test sets name test_input{i}. Assume that, each network consists 2 hidden layers: first hidden layer contain one bias and tansig transfer function and second hidden layer contain one bias and logsig transfer function. I have to perform like this because each input data set shows specific characteristic behavior.
