Can I create synonyms labels of images using deep convolution neural networks?

Sir, Can I create a convolution neural network by using the following types of images and label names? Image1 ----->user1 Image1--->user2 Image2+Image1--->user3 Image1+Image2+Image3--->user4 Image3+Image2--->user5

Can I create images and its label names as its usernames using convolution neural network?. In the above scenario, the first two cases which it means Image1 is used by two different users (user1 and user2). That illustrates image1 has two synonyms which are user1 and user2. Can I build the network like this. Kindly reply as early as possible.
