In Matlab programming i generate noise using randn such that :
randn('state',sum(100*clock))
xdot = xdot + sqrt(dt * Q) * [randn; randn; randn];
now, i want to use simulink - band limited white noise block. how do I set the parameter (eg: noise power/seed) in the block to be exactly like the one wrote in matlab programming?
Any idea?

Not an answer, but randn('state',sum(100*clock)) is about 10 years out of date. You should read up on the way the random number generators work now.
