As of MATLAB R2020a, MATLAB Coder supports the "datetime" function for code generation. To learn more about generating code from MATLAB code that uses "datetime", see the documentation page, "Code Generation for Datetime Arrays":
https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2023b/coder/ug/code-generation-for-datetime-arrays.html
Additionally, MATLAB Coder supports code generation from some toolbox functions that take "datetime" arrays as inputs. For more information about these toolbox functions, see the MATLAB Coder release notes:
https://www.mathworks.com/help/coder/release-notes.html?category=supported-functions&rntext=datetime&startrelease=R2020a&endrelease=R2023b&groupby=release&sortby=descending&searchHighlight=datetime

Starting in R2020a, you can use datetime arrays in MATLAB code intended for code generation. For more information, see Code Generation for Datetime Arrays (MATLAB Coder) and Datetime Array Limitations for Code Generation (MATLAB Coder).
