How to Build a ImageDataStore using own 2-D array data

I want to Transfer Learning CNN Regression Model by using my own training dataset(not image data but similiar 2-D array)

So first step I want to build standard datasets to storage my 2-D data. How can I do this with the help of ImageDataStore?

My biggest trouble is my output data(Label) are 2-D data mapping from the Input one. Not some 1-D data . Could you give me a brief Example?
