how i do a dispersion compensating fiber (DCF) module code?

I am taking a signal of Optsim and with custom component of matlab (wizard) i can work the signal in matlab, but i dont know how i can implement a code that take this signal and clean the effects of dispersion, asa well as DCF, i hope that you can help me. thank you
