Need a code to run through subfolders and store information

I have a folder with lab data, containing ten subfolders, and each one with ten .csv files. I was able to write a code to analyze the ten files within the subfolder, store in a table and then plot data of seven columns, using a for loop. But now I need to store the table of each subfolder, and plot (in a single plot area) ten lines (one for each subfolder). How can I do that?

Since each subfolder contains ten .csv files, how do you obtain one table only? Are you merging the ten files?
