Steps for baseline noise correction

Hi all, I am a Graduate student. I am currently working on my final year project on EEG signals. I need to do some baseline noise correction for preprocessing my time series data(EEG). I tried a lot but I did not get.I know the concept but I don't know how to apply it. Kindly help me
