How to model a fixed pulley in simscape？

I want to simulate a fixed pulley and only change the direction of the force. The component connected on both sides of the pulley are in translational motion. When one side of the component is pulled down, the other will move upwards.I want to simulate the motion of the fixed pulley in a multibody model.How can I do it？ Thanks for any useful help.
