MBC Optimized Calibration with Emissions Cycle

I'm attempting to create an optimized calibration with points that are constrained by NTE emissions or cycle emissions. When running the cycle emissions points with the optimizer it provides an optimal calibration. When attempting to do the same but with all of the NTE operating points as well, the cycle emissions points are no longer optimal, comparing back to the cycle only optimization.

Hi Brian, The result will depend on your optimisation an how you have set up your optimisation. When optimising over all NTE+emissions points the result will optimise the sum of all points (NTE+emissions) subject to your sum emission constraint and smoothness constraints, if any.
