I am working with a database of measurements each 10 minutes, something like the attached picture. I need to get the values for hourly timesteps, so I would need to have just a value for the timestep 12:00 that would be the mean value of the timesteps 12:10 , 12:20 , 12:30 , 12:40 , 12:50. Is there an easy way to do so? Thanks for any help.

So you want to compute the mean for data where hours (e.g. 12:00) is the same? Can you attach a sample file?

If you have a new enough MATLAB, table2timetable() and then use retime()
