How to make sequential count based on execution time and saving it into excel file?

Hello, i'm still trying to learn how to use matlab, I'm using matlab.

I have a GUI matlab that run a counting face, choosing the video, and selecting the video, press the button start video and in the end saving the count face detected in video into excel file.

What i want to ask is, is there any way when I run the GUI matlab, the excel file gonna post the count into excel sequential based on the time i run the GUI matlab? I already can make the time, but i still doesn't know how to make it sequential in excel file that already written.
