Country selection for simple web checks

Since not so long, every time I check for help in Matlab website, I have a pop-out for my country selection. I have selected it all the times, but I find it annoying. If I want to simply check the documentation, why do I have to provide my location? I understand that if I want to check for specific support or other stuff it may be useful, but really, if am checking the help for, say, fft, this screen is ridiculous, it does not provide any extra resource for me and it serves to waste my time.

Did you allow to store cookies from mathworks.com? After the selection and if the cookie is saved, this dialog does not appear anymore.
