Simulink TI C200 Embedded coder package example not downloading correctly

I am currently trying to download the example for the f2839D at this link https://www.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/texasinstrumentsc2000/examples/permanent-magnet-synchronous-motor-field-oriented-control.html?requestedDomain= and when I run the command c28379Dpmsmfocdual_cpu1_ert I just get an error. I am currently running MatLab 2017b and I do have the correct package installed. I don't know why this wouldn't download correctly am I missing something?
