How can I cancel my license and give me a refound?

Hello, Im from Mexico and I bought the student license, was 99USD but when I tried in my classroom, the libreries werent the correct ones as my tescher's libreries. I want to cancel my license or account and recover my money. Please.

But, why not let TMW resolve the issue and get the release you need? Aren't you going to need it for class, anyway?

Team MathWorks = TMW. What version of matlab is your teacher using by the way, and what is your version? What is the "libraries" that are not working for your version? Are you getting an error message? If so, what is the error message? Maybe we can help with that error.

How can I personally talk to TMW? Also, I have 2018a version of matlab and simulink, he has transistors and the full software of matlab and simulink, but he also gave us another software (I dont remember the name right now) but is free, and I want to cancel the license, Im desesperated, because I want my mony back and cancel that license to give more space in the memory of my computer.
