Can anyone identify this simulink block?

I'm trying to find a block that was used in a model that I found from 2009. I don't know the name of the block in the image. Does anyone know what it is called?

Do you only have the picture, no simulink file? If so share the whole model that uses the block so we can also identify possible uses instead of just block picture.

Yes, I only have the picture unfortunately. Here is a picture of the entire model.
It seems like the block is being used to model the velocity of the leading vehicle.

It looks like a repeating sequence block. The block graphic will assume the shape of the sequence data, so it is probably hard to spot in the library. Look at Simulink->Sources in the library.

Good question. Your picture is pixelated a bit. Maybe this? The magnitude likely should be scaled.
