but i get this erorr Error using surf (line 71) Data dimensions must agree.

Replace this:
>> z=[1:1:2339];
>> [Z]=meshgrid(z);
With something like this:
>> Z = nan(size(Y));
>> Z(:) = 1:numel(Y);

That is not an error, that is just a warning message telling you that MATLAB has changed which renderer it is using. Unless you have specific needs related to a specific renderer, you can just ignore that warning message.
