I want to find indexes for maximum and minimum

I am new to matlab and having difficulty. I want to find indexes for maximum and minimum and put them into sets of array. Here is what I have tried. I have no clue on how to produce data for minimum X and Y indexes. Much appreciated for help!

Ry = HeelArray(:,3);
Ry2= HeelArray(:,6);
plot (Ry)
hold on
plot (Ry2)
findpeaks(Ry2, 'Minpeakheight',500);
[Minima, MinIdx] = findpeaks(Ry2, 'Minpeakheight',500);

Can you attach HeelArray in a .mat file with the paper clip icon, and attach a PNG screenshot with the green and brown frame icon.

 findpeaks(-Ry2); %see carefully I added minus sign in front of Ry2

Thanks for quick response. but It didnt quite work, I have attached new figure, and [Minima,Minidx] both arrays returned as empty []
