how compare the results of the same simulation with different parameters

Can I run a simulation, keep what is on ie. a scope change a parameter of the model run again the simulation and compare output of the first and second try? If so how? So far my best bet is to export outputs and compare out of the simulink.

Save the first variable in mat file. Again run the file for second variable and compare both variables now
