Can I use two Vector CAN adapters simultaneously in Simulink?

I'm using a Vector VN1610 CAN to USB adapter in my Simulink model. This adapter supports 2 CAN channels. But i'd like to use two VN1610 adapters simultaneously to be able to handle 4 channels. Does Simulink support two of these adapters being used simultaneously?

I have contacted Vector about this, but they didn't have an answer, since they haven't (co-)developed the layer between their hardware and Simulink. It's been done unilaterally by Simulink.
