How to find the orientation of 2D object using webcam?

HI!
I am working on a 6 DOF pick and place robotic arm manipulator. The objects are rectangular in shape. The orientation of objects is unknown. Objects are moving on a conveyor belt. How can i find how much the object is tilted from a reference/global frame/axis?
