Hello,
I have a mat file with: lat(290x940), lon(290x940) and sst(290x940x365)
I want to plot one point with the 365 values of SST.
How can i see the exactly coordinate in the map to create a new var(1x1x365)?
Thanks.

If you know the grid indices, it would just be
sst1 = squeeze(sst(row,col,:));
where the corresponding geo coordinates would be
Lat(row,col)
and
Lon(row,col)
