Zynq embedded coder with zybo is not connecting in external mode

Hello

I have this problem for a couple of weeks. with zedboard I can connect and execute an example model on the zedboard. The same cannot be done and I am getting connection timeout. Out side simulink I can ping the zybo and I can connect using ssh without problem.

could you plese help me with this problem?

Did you follow our example for creating a custom Zynq reference design to communicate with the Zybo board, or are you trying to use the "standard" Zynq Hardware Support Pacakges (which only work with ZedBoard, ZC702, and ZC706)?
