How is Fs defined in HighResolu​tionFilter​BankSpectr​alEstimati​on.slx Simulink model

I wish to modify the sample rate, Fs, in the HighResolutionFilterBankSpectralEstimation.slx model from Mathworks

When I run the simulation the Fs variable appears in the Matlab Workspace (along with a few others), but when I look through the model blocks I can see where the Fs variable is used, but cannot find where it is defined to the value shown in the Matlab Workspace.

How and where is the Fs variable defined?
