how to solve installation error in matlab 2016a?

I was installing MATLAB 2016a on my Windows 7, an error message "installer could not start the JVM unknown error" occurred while installing. What does this mean and how to resolve this? I am unable to finish the installation

Try to download the installation files again and restart the installation.
If this does not work, contact MathWorks to get support.
