MATLAB Closes Immediately During Startup

Hi, I've been using MATLAB just fine but now it closes a few seconds into the loading screen...

What platform?
What release?
Did you try rebooting?
Any error messages? Did you check system logs / event viewer?
What about if you launch it from a terminal / command shell?
Did anything change on your computer (security patches, installed something else, etc)
Did you try reinstalling?
Windows 7 R2011b Rebooting solves the problem until I close MATLAB and try to reopen. No error messages. (How to check logs/event viewer?) Command line execution has same result. I did install a jAi SDK, but MATLAB worked fine for a while after I installed it. Reinstallation would be a last resort for me.

Did someone play a prank on you and put a quit() or an exit() in your startup.m?

Haha, no, I'm the only one who uses this computer anyways. I've found that if I manually run the exe "as administrator", the program loads fine, but not otherwise. So, is there a way to have a shortcut permanently run "as administrator"?
Nvm I found the option. Thanks.
permanently running applications as administrator is not good practice
