Matrix Fitting trouble with RLC.out

I am working with matrix fitting ( http://www.energy.sintef.no/Produkt/VECTFIT/ ) and i saw that i need one Y-bus to enter in the program for a RLC circuit for ATP. My problem is that i want to enter with a frequency response and obtain a RLC circuit. I don't have any information about the origin circuit of the graphic. I read that Matrix fitting give a random RLC circuit for ATP simulation which the function is derivated by the frequency response that I entered. Someone know if the function can do this or there is other function that can make this?

No. I want a random RLC to plot in ATP and the RLC is from a graphic
