Connection Error for Simulink Onramp

I was trying to launch simulink onramp on MATLAB R2019a .But, it is showing the following error

Error code: -130

Error message: ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED

Do note it that i am not using a proxy server. Can anyone help me out with this,please.

Hi Jamaluddin,

This issue is usually caused by software such as Windows Firewall or installed antivirus programs that are preventing MATLAB from communicating.

To fix this, make an exception for MATLAB in all these programs and grant it all permissions to communicate. Additionally, please check if you are using a VPN.
