extracting max and min range across column from matrix

i have mx4 martrix and i found max and min of each column in two separate I 1x4 and O 1x4 martix now i want to extract corresponding range from main matrix across column

i have 68X4 A matix min of A ind 1X4 matix and max of A ind 1x4 matrix.... i want to arrive new A matrix only range from min:max of all column
