I want to create a complex gaussian noise CN(0,N0/2),which code is correct?
noise=(randn(1,n)+1i*randn(1,n))*sqrt(N0/2)
or
noise=(randn(1,n)+1i*randn(1,n))*sqrt(N0/2)*sqrt(1/2) %sqrt(1/2) is normalized
Which is right?
