Error Cloning the GitLab repo to local drive with MATLAB

Hi, I've a issue Cloning the GitLab repo to local drive with MATLAB R2015a. I'm getting the following error. Can anyone help me on this I'm new to GitLab.
I've verified the following cases
1) Using MatlabR2015a
2) Added SSH key to Git
3) Tried removing the SSH key, added it again and repeated the steps (same error)
3) created empty folder " D://MHGitLab " to clone the GitLab repo

The path which I've provided for GitLab is correct. It's not asking me the login password for authentication instead showing this error
