MAtlab 2018b crashes after opening to point of accepting input.

Matlab 2016a is working on Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit - 2018b crashes at startup - at first froze but did give error concerning NVidia card and Java. Dell Precision 7810 Tower NVidia drivers updated - no more error messages but program just closes 20 seconds after starting. System Java updated to 8-201 both 32 and 64. 32 bit removed from internet suggestion - no effect. Was able to get to point of sending crash report under this email address. Could not get release - ver at command line helped initiate crash.

I'm assuming that problem started after installation of 2018b. If so you can contact mathworks. They provide free support for all installation issues.
