Please, can any one tell me about the relation between the compression of distortion image and the compression for original image
if i compress an image but this image have high distortion and compress the same image but the original of this image
do you think the compression ratio will different from first case to the second case

If the distorted version of the image becomes pure noise, then the compression ratio of that noise would be quite low. If the distorted version of the image becomes near constant, then the compression ratio of that near-constant would be quite high. So, YES, you should expect different compression ratios for the altered image.
