Where can I find the JMAAB guideline Version 5.1

I'm having trouble with some Model Advisor checks (for example mathworks.jmaab.jc_0655) which reference JMAAB guideline Version 5.1.

Unfortunately, I can't find the actual document with its requirements anywhere.
