Hi,
could someone help me how to formulate a MILP-optimization problm with manny different matrices as inputs and constraints? All I can find is how to solve it with vectors.

Suppose you have matrix with constraints and inputs specified as rows (or columns).
You can specify the inputs and constraints as row like:
x(rowNo,:);
Similarly, you can do if input and column specified as columns.
See an Example for more implementational detail.
