How to run an App every 2 hours

Hello to everybody!

I created an App by means of "App Designer" which consists in a series of indicators (gauges) in order to display some productivity indexes.

To run the App, the user has to click on a button which works as a callback function.

I would like to find a way to run automatically the App every 2 hours, instead of clicking on the button.
