Image Quality reduces when averaging.

Hi all,

I have been trying to get the averaged intensity of a set of images. The averaged image produces unphysical bands or lines which I'm not able to suppress. The RAW images are .tif format. I take an average of 4366 images. Please check the uploaded images.

I see the bands in both images. It is not the averaging that is putting them there.

For better understanding of an issue and how exactly you averaging, please share the code and some sample set of instantaneous images (20 to 40).
