sfit decimals output only 4 sig figs

I have a code that fits coefficients of a polynomial to data. I can access these polynomial coefifcients that are fit through a variable that appears to be a 1x1 sfit. How do I display more decimals? Currently it just shows 4 sig figs. I tried format long but that did not do anything.

Any help would be appreciated!
