Shape optimization of a mechanical object

i want to do Topology/shape optimization of a mechanical component(cylinder) by applying a load at one end and a fixed support at other end. The optimization would be based on stress distribution. Please suggest toolbox and video or examples ?

How is it going?

Area of a cylinder crossection is:
(r is radius)
To calculate a load:
(F - force, P - pressure)
Example
P = 620 MPa (maximum allowable stress)
F = 100 N (load)
A = F/P = 6.2 (
