How to Resize a raster

Dear all,

I have 2 rasters from Arcmap that I need to make a scatterplot for in Matlab. The problem is the cell size and number of columns/rows are a bit different in these 2 ratsers so the scatterplot does not work. (The processing extent of the rasters is the same. they were taken from two different cameras with different resolutions; thus the changes in size).

I have seen "imresize" function but it does not work.

Can anyone help me on how to make these rasters the same?
