Decimal point disappear when i use matlab read xlsx file. Is there anyone know how to solve this problem?

Is it possible that you have configured your Excel to use decimal point for thousands separator ? For example in English 57393.17 would often be written as 57,393.17 . In some countries, 57.393,17 would be intended to mean the same thing . So it is possible that your Excel is interpreting decimal point the way comma would be used in English.

As Walter Roberson wrote, confusion reagrding the decimal radix character is quite likely.

It is also obvious from the Excel screenshot that some of the "numbers" are left-aligned, whereas others "numbers" are right-aligned. That usually indicates that some of the "numbers" are not being stored as numeric values but at text (an incorrect decimal radix character or thousands separator is likely to be the cause).

The solution is to fix your Excel workbook to ensure that numbers are not stored as text.
