How to find variable in the same Longitude and Latitude for Excel

I have a xlsx matrix size (9884*21), I'm trying to manage a matlab code to find the exact value position in the each row corresponding to the longitude and latitude, for example; And I want to save them in new file accordingly.

Please on example with upper five rows your attaching xlsx-file, show that you want.

You first need to import the data in MATLAB you can do this using readtable.
fullFileName = ('c:\ ..... .xslx') % Put your full file path in here.
opts.VariableNamesLine = 1;
t{1} = readtable(fullFileName, opts);
Are you trying to find the row number of a specific set of latitude and longitude? So, using your example table above, if your longitude is ii and latitude is jj you are hoping to get the number 2 (i.e. 2nd row; assuming we are skipping headers) so you can then extract all the information (i.e. the values of all the other columns) that can be found in that row?
