How can i design a neural network controller ?

I am working on neural network controller design to track an electro hydraulic position control. I did the mathemtical model using simulink. The controller part is giving some confusion since i am new at neural controller design. i would like to use direct inverse neural control but there are some step that i do not know so could someone help me get it right?
