How to generate a 5G mmWave waveform

I have both the LTE Toolbox and 5G Toolbox and I don't see a way to generate a > 6GHz mmWave 5G waveform. Are there any recommended ways to do this?
Ultimately, I would like to be able to export a .mat file containing the complex array of I & Q values to then be reproduced by a Tektronix arbitrary waveform generator.
Any tips appreciated.
Thanks

I have 5G Toolbox version 1.2 installed on Matlab 2019b but I am unable to open nrWaveformGenerator ("Unrecognized function"). Is nrWaveformGenerator application included in this version?

Hi Nathan,
5G Toolbox contains the nrWaveformGenerator function, waveform generator App, downlink waveform generation and uplink waveform generation examples.
You can use any of the above to generate a mmWave waveform. For mmWave, you need to operate in FR2 and use the numerologies (SCS: 60 kHz & 120 kHz) related to FR2.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Sriram
