How to segment binary 3d volume?

I had bunch of sliced images, from there I have segmented my ROI and stacking them I made a 3D volume out of it.

I cant find a way to segment all the blobs there as I need to to know average blob size and interconnectivity between them.

Regionprops3 gives me information about individual regions that are seperate.

Can anyone suggest any good way in MATLAB to segment there ound spheres and label as individual object ?

How can I export this voxelized to a surface meshing format like stl or obj?
