How to code for a moving fluid (specifically, Couette Flow)?

I need to visualize the fluid flow in a Couette flow, the problem is I dont know what script to use or function to use if I want to see the fluid moving..

Can you suggest some? my colleague told me to use a time step function but I dont know how does that works.
