Converting .7z to avi

I have .7z video files downloaded from

please tell how to convert ti avi

Simply download and install 7zip from http://www.7-zip.org. A lot of other compression tools can handle 7z also, as far as I remember e.g. WinRAR.

BTW., I'm using 7zip to compress my weekly copies of my MFiles folders. The uncompressed size is about 43 MB, M- and C-code as well as compiled MEX files. The backup of a year takes 2'200 MB in clear text and 11MB as 7z archive (ultra LZMA).
