Good morning,
My problem is simple, but I have read repeately not to dynamically name variables and I cannot figure out a way around this. When I come to import multiple tables, they are nameless. For the moment this is fine, but I am just going to loss track of this further down the line.
Is there a way to label the cell headers (picture one) with the slope angle (27 degree) or modify the table headers accordingly either at this or the calcuation stage?

No. cell arrays do not have headers, and their entries are never named.
Consider adding another row to the cell array, in which you store the filename or angle data.
Or instead of storing in a cell, store the tables in a struct, possibly using dynamic field names.
