Java distribution(s) installed as part of installing MATLAB on a Linux system.

When we install your product, a Java distribution gets installed along with it. That Java is generally used only by that product. However, Java periodically receives maintenance updates (security and bug fixes). These updates would normally be applied to the standard Java installations that are part of our OS (e.g. Red Hat Linux). However, they do not touch any other Java instances, and the Java versions are usually different, in any case.
What capabilities do you have in place for us to be able to keep the Java distributions updated that come from your software installations?
