How to mark the beginning and the end of a peak?

Hello guys!

I've been working on calcium signal extraction and I have some issues. I've added an image of the calcium signal on which I want to mark the beginning and the end of every peak. I tried using findpeaks, that helped me locating the peak highest point. I would be greatful for any suggestions.
